The Dungloe and Glenswilly reserves had played out a 2:6 to 2:6 score line prior to throw-in. Conor Greene scored Dungloe’s opening goal, this was followed by a David McCarron goal; when a long ball inside by McCarron was misjudged by the Glenswilly keeper and the ball ended up in the back of the Glenswilly net.Dungloe have a very young side but they played some excellent football from start to finish but were undone by a combination of poor defending and several bad wides of their own. Dungloe were guilty of wasting some good opportunities to press on when they led Glenswilly by three points in the second-half. Glenswilly used their experience to get over the line but this performance can give Dungloe plenty of hope for the year ahead.Final Score: Glenswilly 1-15 Dungloe 2-07The club have a small number of Club Donegal cards for sale.
